Golf...
Play the 18 Hole, 6,821yd Lodge Course that features 8 lakes and over 15,000 trees. Although it poses a challenging test to low handicappers, the wide fairways and large greens mean that it is suitable for golfers of all standards. Or you can opt for the 9 Hole 2,601yd Manor Course, or the 6 Hole 1,645yd Church Course with their many contrasting and enjoyable features. During your stay you can "mix and match" over our three courses and (depending on your energy levels!) choose to play 9, 12, 18, 27 or 36 Holes, giving you a huge variety of holes to play. There is also a covered floodlit Driving Range where you can warm up for your game, and a separate 9 Hole Pitch and Put Course.....as a Resident you'll be entitled to 'FREE USE' of the Pitch and Put Course during your stay.

The Fairway Rooms and our new Alpine-style Lodges
We have a total of 58 en-suite bedrooms at Lakeside Lodge.. mostly twin rooms but some have a double and a single bed. Each of our rooms has an en-suite shower, tea/coffee making facilities and a television. One of our rooms has wheelchair access and also a shower and toilet suitable for a wheelchair user. Our room rates include a full cooked English Breakfast served in the Club House Restaurant Area from 8.00 am until 10.00 am. Our 'Big Breakfast' is the perfect way to start your day and set you up for the main event....your round of golf.

'THE MENU'  was launched May 2008 and offers a large selection of freshly prepared food served during the day until the kitchen close at 9pm. Choices from our 'Specials Board' are also available and these are changed regularly during the week. The Bar Restaurant has panoramic views of the Lodge Course, open countryside to the front and a sunny garden at the rear. The licensed Public Bar is open until 11.00 pm every night (10.30 pm on Sundays) and for your evening entertainment Tenpin Bowling can be booked at our adjoining Bowling Centre 'Lakeside Bowl', where you will also find a Pool Table. The latest addition to the facilities is the Beauty Salon which is already proving to be very popular.

Advance booking for evening meals and bowling is strongly recommended.
