The superb layout is designed in two loops of 9, giving you the opportunity to use the club house facilities half-way round, and the flexibility of only playing 9 holes. The course includes eight lakes and over 15,000 trees and receives regular acclaim ...whilst posing a real test for the more accomplished player, the wide fairways, large immaculate greens, neatly raked bunkers and short rough make it of equal appeal and enjoyment to the higher handicapper. The Manor and Church Courses ...
You'll really enjoy the contrasting design of our 9 Hole ... particularly the interestingly shaped and undulating greens! In 2001 work was completed on 6 new and exciting holes adjacent to the Manor Course ... these new holes known as The Church Course give you yet another option to include in your visit to Lakeside Lodge.
Our initial extensive drainage work and the first class maintenance programme in place with Tom James Turfcare Specialists (who have 20 years experience) mean that the Lodge, Manor and Church Courses remain in excellent condition all year round. You'll find we stay open more than any other Golf Course in the County and trolley bans are virtually unheard of ... You need therefore have no worries that your players will have to carry their clubs or worse ... the day will be cancelled due to wet weather!
